Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once it has been shipped. We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to design and produce. We will not accept the return of custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival.
